Thank you for supporting Fins & Fiction! I’m a small, artist-run shop and every order truly means the world. Below is our return and refund policy to help keep everything clear and stress-free.
✨ Made-to-Order Production
All items are made to order just for you. This helps reduce waste and keeps our process eco-friendly. Because of this:
❗ We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size or color ordered

Buyer’s remorse

Items that have already been worn or washed
-
Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
Please double-check your size, color, and shipping details before placing your order.
🌿 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, I will happily replace it at no cost to you.
Please email me at hello@finsandfiction.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the issue

A short description of the problem
Once approved, a replacement will be shipped automatically.
📦 Lost Packages
If your package is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it:

Please check with neighbors, your mailbox area, or your local post office.

If the package is genuinely lost, reach out within 7 days of the delivery scan.

I’ll do my best to help, but I cannot guarantee replacements for carrier-marked “delivered” packages.
🔁 Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order goes into production and cannot be modified.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are only issued for:

Approved defective/damaged items

Orders cancelled within the 2-hour window

Items proven to be lost in transit (not marked delivered)
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing by your bank.
