Return & Refund Policy
At Fins and Fiction Design Co., customer satisfaction is important to us. Because all of our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are considered final.
Digital Products
All items sold through our shop are digital products. No physical items will be shipped.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and the files have been delivered.
Order Issues
If you experience any problems accessing your files, receive the wrong files, or believe your download is incomplete or corrupted, please contact us. We are happy to help resolve technical issues and ensure you receive the product you purchased.
Accidental Purchases
Refunds cannot be issued for accidental purchases, purchases made in error, incompatibility with unsupported software or devices, or failure to read the product description before purchasing. Please review each listing carefully to ensure the product is compatible with your intended use before completing your order.
Product Compatibility
Our Procreate products require:
- An iPad
- The Procreate app (latest version recommended)
- Apple Pencil or a compatible stylus (recommended for the best experience)
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, our digital products are not compatible with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Affinity Designer, Adobe Fresco, Clip Studio Paint, or other drawing applications.
