Because all products are made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligible Issues for Replacement:

  • Misprinted, damaged, or defective items

  • Incorrect size/color sent

  • Item arrives flawed or poor print quality

If you experience any of the above, please contact us at hello@finsandfiction.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos of the issue

We will send a replacement free of charge.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Digital downloads
